Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Tailgate Command, an Okie Concepts product (“we,” “us”). By creating an account or using the Tailgate Command app (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Service.

Who can use the Service

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use Tailgate Command. You’re responsible for your account and for keeping your login secure.

What the Service does

Tailgate Command helps you organize tailgates: tracking dues, menus, RSVPs, messages, and photos with your crew. Hosts may share a Venmo or Cash App username so members can pay them.

Payments between users

Any money collected for dues is a person-to-person payment handled entirely by third-party services (Venmo, Cash App). We do not process, hold, or transfer money, and we are not a party to those transactions. Disputes about payments are between you and the other person and are subject to those services’ terms.

Your content

You keep ownership of the messages, photos, and other content you post (“Your Content”). By posting, you grant us a limited license to host and display Your Content within the Service so it can be shown to the crews you share it with. You’re responsible for Your Content and confirm you have the right to post it.

Objectionable content and conduct: zero tolerance

There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. You agree not to post, share, or transmit content that is unlawful, harassing, threatening, hateful, defamatory, obscene, sexually explicit, or that infringes anyone’s rights, and not to harass, abuse, or harm other users.

• Users can report objectionable content and block abusive users directly in the app.
• We review reports of objectionable content and act on them, typically within 24 hours, by removing content and/or ejecting the users who posted it.
• We may remove any content and suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, at our discretion and without notice.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the Service. That includes attempting to access data that isn’t yours, disrupting or reverse-engineering the Service, scraping, sending spam, or using the Service to break the law.

Termination

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time in the app (More → Profile → Delete my account). We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that notifications will always be delivered.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tailgate Command and Okie Concepts will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any payments made between users, arising from your use of the Service.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll post the new version here and update the date above. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
